Hi I'm applying to dental school and I've taken the general prereqs - Bio, Chem, Organic, Physics, and English in undergrad. I know that this satisfies the required prereqs for many schools i.e. BU, USC, UoP, Temple, but is it enough? Should I take more courses (biochem, anatomy, physiology) in the fall or will it not make a huge difference? Thanks in advance!

If you are sure you can get into those schools then it is enough. If you want to apply broadly you will most likely have to take the variety of science classes, because most dental schools require some form of them.

(biochem, anatomy, physiology) will be worth your venture, cuz these will be revisited in d-schools.

That's good to know. Thanks. I'm planning on preparing myself for d-school on my own. I have lots of textbooks.
The question is, would taking these three courses improve my chances of getting accepted?

Yes, taking any class that you will take in dental school, such as the aforementioned, will help you and will be noticed by the Adcoms because it shows you are motivated and prepared. Not taking the effort to do so will be frowned on because it shows you are lazy and less prepared than others. And yeah, those Adcoms are sadistic. Unless you have the evidence, in this case being an actual grade, they won't care. I've asked them before about doing as you planned to do. Nope, non, negative. Take the courses. They will help you to get in to dental school and to help you get out.
