prerequisite no credit

Im taking physics 2 this semester (as well as other classes) but because I got a new job, i knew that it would be too much for me so i set the physics 2 class to credit/no credit. The thing is, im sure ill get a no credit for physics 2. How bad does a no credit look in a prerequisite in my transcripts? Ill retake the class during the summer for a letter grade though.
