Prerequisites for Optometry Schools

I was looking at Berkeley prerequisites and I was wondering if Calculus is a must for Optometry Schools. I wanted to do a major like Political Science, History or Business. But do Optometry schools prefer Biology/Chemistry as a Major? Also, I was wondering what the prerequisites for University of Missouri - St. Louis are.

There's really no preference for what degree you're pursuing, but these life sciences majors (chemistry, biology, etc) just hits two birds with one stone because many of the classes needed to complete the degree are also prerequisites for optometry school.
