i would call PTCAS asap and try to get them to change it

Similar thing happened to me. I called PTCAS and they said that the coursework section cannot be edited after the application has been verified and sent out. I just emailed all the schools I applied to and informed them of the classes that I took for prereqs that aren't labeled on the PTCAS coursework section.
