If this breaks any rules regarding medical advice via the boards, I apologize and wholly understand if you lock the thread.
I'm a pre-med student, and I'm obese. I'm a freshman now, and I've decided that I want to lose weight before I have to do med school interviews. I'm going to go ahead and start the weight loss regimen now.
I've decided to control my weight loss, to make sure that it's very gradual, because I've heard that this can help mitigate sagging skin issues. I'm also planning on putting on quite a lot of muscle to "take up the slack" so to speak. Anything else I can do during the weight loss to minimize the sagging skin? Any over-the-counter creams or diet changes which have proven to help with this?
I'm 24, and I've been obese since I was about 8 years old.
