So I was young and dumb at 18, was attending a local community college and had 3 classes, two of which i had A's..the latter, a basic algebra class, unfortunately I received a D in due to me missing classes left and right.
After I continued to a university the following year, I had taken the rest of the pre reqs/science classes and applied for enrollment to PT school. Seeing the requirement that "every" university transcript must be sent had put a damper on my hopes of becoming a PT.
At my university (BS Biology) I have a 3.26 cumulative, but with the addition of the previous college PTCAS dropped my cumulative GPA to around a 3.15. I realize that PTCAS does calculate multiple GPAs, but is there any course of action I can take to help better my situation?
Maybe I'm just overthinking it and a class from 4 years ago, and a community college nonetheless will not be heavily considered?
My science GPA was around a 3.5 and pre req GPA is around a 3.3 or so.
TL;DR - Past college messing with overall cGPA, is it worth doing something about it.
