Previous semester at a non-US med school 10+ years ago

Enrolled and finished a semester in a foreign med school. This was over a decade ago. Since, I have done post-bacc work and have a 4.0 in it. MCAT prep is coming along very well.

Would the previous MD semester be a huge hurdle or would I be OK? I would address the issue in application as an unwise, immature decision that I have learned from and attempted to remedy with my current activities.

As long as everything else is in order, it should not be a serious impediment.
