Is AMCAS just slower this year? Looking at last year's verification thread, it looks like people who submitted on 6/16 were verified by the 29th. And applicants started submitting even earlier last year, on June 1. 🙁

I think you just answered your own question. 😛 But yeah, I think it's been a bit slower.

dang submit the 14th too and still not verified.

Mine is still not verrified, but I got my secondary from LSU this morning. I'm pretty confused, didn't think they'd release my app without being verrified.

Don't panic. I am verified and I've received only 2 even though most of my schools are automatic secondaries. They have thousands of apps to process. It's luck of the draw right now.

I aplied shamefully late. Like "the deadline isn't until October!" late.

I am going through this whole hell of a process for a second time without being paranoid, but I respect your right to be worried. You will get in to a allopathic school. I would bet quite a lot of money on it.

I'm in the same boat with MCG. They probably saw that you've applied and you're serious (since you did it relatively early).
