Hey future DAT takers:
If you're struggling with capturing the breadth of bio (which is a lot and I've always struggled with memorizing everything in bio), I would totally invest in Princeton Review's book, "Cracking the DAT". I studied from Princeton's books for all of my AP tests and the ACT and I scored nearly perfect on everything after studying from them, so I thought I'd give this (vs. Kaplan, Cliffs, Barrons, etc.) a try since I seriously trust their style and necessary information to know. I truly think it encompasses all the information necessary to know in a perfect amount. Not too excessive like Cliff's (at least for me), and not too simple like Kaplan's. After having read half the bio section now from this book, I have literally answered almost every question in the bio section of the DAT destroyer (that has been from the half I've learned) correctly and I understand why it's correct, incorrect, etc. It really helps in understanding a lot so I thought I'd give you guys my own two cents since SDN has helped me tremendously in prepping for the DAT. Also, I'm not a genius (far from it), but I'm still able to comprehend so much just by taking meticulous notes of the bio material in this book. Sorry for such a long post just dedicated to bio, but I hope it helps!
