Princeton Review Online Practice Test - will not load?

Has anyone had trouble with loading the TPR online full-length practice tests? I have been trying to do them but everytime I try to access it it won't load. Has anyone had the same problem before?

I checked to see if my computer is missing something about I have everything up-to-date:
- I have Mac OS 10.8.5
- I downloaded and installed the newest Java
- I have the newest version of Mozilla Firefox browser (I tried it with Safari too and it still did not work)
- I don't have pop-ups blocked

top right, see if it says you don't meet the minimum requirements. if so, click it and follow the instructions. if not, call TPR, that's what i had to do.
