Printing the UC Application

When I try to print the application from the downloadable file, the margins fit outside of the printable area for my printer. Thus, the top line of each page is cut off. I've tried going into the page setup menu, but it's grayed-out and cannot be formatted. Any suggestions? I'm ready to send this thing out today!!!! 😡

i just sent it with the margins cut...my SS# still shows and the school that I checked...didn't feel like monkeying around with it

I helped a friend with his UC application printing. He was trying to print off a Mac - I think the problem is they formatted it for PCs. When he printed it off a PC, the margins were there and it looked great. Hope that helps!

It was fine on my Mac - perhaps it's a printer issue.

its pc format document so you must print from a pc to get all the margins on

Well, the one I downloaded is an rtf document which is impartial to whatever program's opening it. I got it from UCSF so maybe each school has a different format. Although, Word isn't particular when it comes to document translation anymore.
