...should all begin "It's 1956. You've just admitted Sylvia Plath into the hospital..."

😳

Q 1. It's 1956. You've just admitted Sylvia Plath into the hospital. You suspect schizoaffective disorder - bipolar type. Which of the following medications would be least effective for her psychosis?

A. Thiothixene
B. Molindone
C. Trifluoperazine
D. Chlorpromazine
E. Mesoridazine

I've made it a habit this year to ask any schizophrenic over 50 (true schizophrenic) if they had ever received insulin shock.

You'd be very surprised at the stories that come out...from unlikely patients.

Does anyone have any old prite exams that they could post or scan online? I know we can purchase them, but $150 is a bit of a rip off and I don't necessarily need the whole test, just a couple of questions to get a feel for it.

BTW- to anyone who has taken it, does pre-test resemble it at all or is it too remedial? if not- are there any prep books to use?

Thanks!!
