Northwestern and Rochester don't have dental schools

That is for post doc specializations. There are a lot of graduate programs that aren't associated with the predoc programs. Rochester is not a DDS/DMD program

True, I shouldn't have listed it as if it had it's own DDS/DMD-granting program. Don't they have a DSTP program, though? I believe it's with Marquette and.... Puerto Rico? You get the DMD from the aforementioned schools and PhD from Rochester, I assume.
