Private forums for schools?

Do all schools get a secret forum? I have this:

And was wondering if it was for all schools (except that they're actually private and only visible if your account is set up for it) or if it's a new thing they're phasing in.

i have it too. not sure what its about except now it looks like SGU is giving SDN financial support, so maybe thats why they get their own special forum?

How obnoxious. I, too, see the SGU forum, and if I click on it it tells me I'm not special enough to be able to view it.
