Private Loan

Is WF MedCap the best private loan in terms of most similar to federal? I will be attending a new school so we aren't eligible for federal loans until our 3rd year. So I am trying to gather as much info as I can about my options and this continues to seem to be the best option.

Thoughts or experience from anyone that has been in my shoes would be greatly appreciated!
