Growing private practice in NJ. Just acquired new hospital contract in western New Jersey, close to Philly (we are replacing an AMC!) Looking for docs at all levels (Partnership track, Full-time, Part-time). starting salaries 300K+, partners routinely above 75th percentile MGMA national/regional average. 6 weeks vacation/CME to start. Call divided fairly. Extra call = extra money. Bread and butter cases, no hearts/sick peds, some OB, regional skills a pluse.
