I am looking to slow down and hand the majority of my patients over to someone else. Our clinics are interventional and we don't do much opioid management, injections are all office based and we have an ASC where we do our OR cases, ownership would be available to any incoming doc. We have midlevels who take the bulk of the clinic visits with the doc being in clinic with them available to answer questions and make decisions as well as do the injections. Staff is highly trained and very efficient. They take care of the vast majority of documentation and charting and must pass a competency review before being certified as a scribe with us. Hours are Mon-Thursday with half day Friday, 8-4 and never have to work or chart through the lunch hour. Earning potential is very strong and is tied to production.

Updating this. We have had several docs visit and have good candidates but are still open to interviews. We aren't in a hurry and are wanting to give the current batch of fellows ample time to see us and looking to have a start date of early 2025 or summer 2025 for new grad.
