You could always open an urgent care. If you do it right, there's good money to be made.

EM can go do Pain, just like Anesthesia.

Looks like the opportunity ended and ABEM is applying for a permanent position? so if it's approved in the future Im guessing that will be open to all EM docs to do a fellowship in pain. Pretty exciting news.
