So you know those questions that say something like "What is the probability that a female with sex linked disease with a husband with nothing at all will have a child with a disease....etcc"
When they ask probability either the SON or DAUGHTER having a disease....do I account for the 50% chance that it will be a daughter, or do I just count the % that the sons have it? So in the above example, all the sons will have the disease and the daughters will be a carrier of the disease. Would I say 100% as the answer because all the sons have it or 50% because I have to take into account that the child they have may be a daughter?
