When should I use the probability formula nPr= n!/(n-r!) versus using:

nCr= n!/ r!*(n-r)!

Thanks!

where is Thewirednerve or jigabodo when you need them!?!

where order counts you use NpR when order does not count You use NcR.

AHHH, that was my weakest subject when i took the DAT. I am retaking it, so i need all the help that i can get from you guys. please give me any quick formulas that are helpful for these long word questions. and if you have any advise on a good way to study that will be great too.
thank you

A high school math book may help alot for the probability abd trig. It simplifies it and explains it very well.
