1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 30, 36, 45, 60, 90, 180

Which are divisible by 3?

3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 30, 36, 45, 60, 90, 180 = 12 of them
There are 18 total.

12/18 = 66.67%
