So I'm really not sure what to do in this situation....

Last summer my little brother went to some high altitude running camp and had to be sent home because he became hysteric and nonsensical (he kept saying someone was trying to kill him) He's been kinda off since then (always seems kind of out of it), but nothing too weird has been happening other than his effort and grades dropping. However, lately he has been acting much stranger (couldn't take his TAKs practice test sitting down, he insisted on taking it standing up and then his pants kept falling down, so they sent him home) and my mom said hes had a couple seizures. I can't possibly imagine why she didn't take him to the ER at the time, but she didn't. The closest neurologist appointment is on the 28th, and I feel this is too long a wait. I don't really know what I should suggest to my parents to do. I want to say just take him to the ER, but there's nothing acutely wrong with him. What do you guys think?
