So my DO that wrote me an LOR said he mailed it to interfolio around july 26. Interfolio has STILL not uploaded it/received it. How long did it take for those of you that sent letters to them by mail for them to upload your letter? I am not sure when I am supposed to let that doctor know that he should re-send the letter...

As soon as interfolio gets the letter, they will have it available within 3 business days (I think)

Did you give the Doc a pre-addressed and stamped envelope?

No, he was initially supposed to upload the LOR online, like he did with AMCAS, but he said it wasn't working for interfolio and said he will just mail it out instead. I don't know when to tell him though to re-send it...i dont want to be annoying

I had on LOR that took just short of 4 weeks from the day it was mailed for it to get uploaded. I kept hounding interfolio, until finally they found it. Turns out their machine couldn't read the printed barcode on the cover sheet, so they just put off to the side in a pile. If I hadn't kept after them, I have no idea how long it would have taken before someone physically went through the pile and found it! I was almost to the point of asking my writer to re-write it. Just keep after them!!

Welcome to the application process. Hurry up and wait. The above posts are correct, just keep contacting interfolio and if need be just ask the doc to resend it. Tell him/her that interfolio had a problem and need another copy if your worried about sounding like a pest. I doubt they would have any problem helping you out.

Best of luck in the months to come.
