I have had several reports recently about problems at the testing centers, mainly with the computers.
If you get a retake you will not have to wait 90 days or pay for the test again. Your scores will be erased and you will be given another test usually within a few weeks. BUT you must have proof of the problem.
Should have you have a problem at the testing center follow the instructions below posted by the ADA.
Testing Problems on the Day of the Testing Appointment If you experience problems with testing conditions during the administration of the test, you must stop testing and notify the test center administrator immediately. Testing should not be resumed until the issue has been documented and resolved by the test center administrator.
Unresolved concerns must be submitted in writing within five business days of the testing appointment to [email protected].
