Prometric testing center concern

Hi, my test is on saturday, so I visited my testing center and found that there wasn't anyone there. Maybe there aren't any tests today? Idk. I then tried calling the testing center an hour later and they just sent me to a bunch of automated stuff, so I gave up with that. I have my testing confirmation for this saturday but I'm concerned because of the really low reviews for my testing center (2.3) and the series of events today. Should I be concerned or is this just pre-test anxiety?

I would say pre-test anxiety, but I would follow up again with a phone call. Did you go today to take the test drive and no one with there or you just went to check it out?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a testing center have good reviews online...I wouldn’t worry about it. They probably weren’t running any tests today. If you have your confirmation and you went to the right place, you’ll be fine Saturday.
