Problems with Interview Broker

So today I emailed Christiana care asking about the status of my app and they stated they had sent me an interview invitation a week ago. They said they resent it again today and I still have nothing in my email. I think they use interview broker. Anyone else having trouble with this and if so who can we contact?

If they sent it through ERAS, it should show up in your message center there. If they sent it outside ERAS, check your spam filter and/or give the program a different e-mail address?
