Problems with Stanford Secondary

Has anyone had problems submitting their Stanford secondary? After I finished my Stanford secondary it asks for payment. When I fill in my credit card info and click to submit payment, it just takes me back to the main secondary page. I assumed it worked and sent an email to Stanford asking them why I didn't get confirmation and then I got a weird blank OSF Team email this morning. Then I get another email later today apologizing for the blank email and saying as of today my secondary application is not complete. So I tried to submit my secondary again using Internet Explorer on a PC computer (my first attempt was with Safari on a Mac) and the same thing happened. Does anyone know what the deal is?

Hi there, I would call them and see if they can help you... I was able to submit today without any trouble.

Could you tell me what happened after you sumbitted? What page did it take you to and did they send you a confirmation email?
