All,
I'll cut right to the chase .. I was averaging 31's and 32's on my MCAT, had a bit of a difficult situation on test day, wasn't focused properly, and scored a rather dismal score in relation to my practice exams.
I've actually been fortunate enough to receive a secondary that's apparently an interview-guarantee, but I applied to 21 total schools. I'm fairly certain that I won't be interviewing at any of the others. Just in case and to give myself an honest chance, I have selected a small number to apply to and fill out the secondaries for.
So, I have a procedural concern. For the schools to which I sent a primary to, received a secondary back, but am NOT planning on sending the secondary money in to (it simply does not make much sense to waste all of the money), should I "withdraw" my application?
I don't even think that it would be considered a "withdraw" because I have not interviewed there, but what about an e-mail stating my intentions of not applying? It's likely that I will be applying to many of these schools in the next cycle. Can anyone lend some insight?
Thank you in advance.
