Hey everyone, I am currently a first-time applicant. Looking at my application, I have realized I made a few glaring mistakes.

1) I was a project lead on one of my activities and collaborated with another organization to hold training sessions every two months. I put bi-monthly thinking it meant every two months but now it appears that it means every two weeks which wasn't true. I am a bit worried now as I don't want ADCOMS to think I am lying and it wont even line up with the activity. It is impossible to get enough students to train every two weeks unfortunately

2) I put 2023-current as one of my dates when I started 2022-current. I thought I had saved it at 2022 but I guess it didn't work

3) One of my activities which I have 13 hours for (I regret putting it in), I called one of my supervisors who said none of my hours logged in and they wont vouch for me so now I am really worried.

4) My hours for one of my activities is incorrect by 80 hours. Instead of 560, it's 470. I thought I had thoroughly reviewed my application. I am freaking out and just thinking of withdrawing and applying next year.

What has been done has been done. I didn't thoroughly review my application and I am full of regret now. I fear it will mean my application is thrown in the trash. Just so silly of me really. So should I withdraw my application, I can go into more detail of the mistakes. It just hurts me that I made these errors, they are very glaring and ruin my application.

Seriously, no one is going to care. Especially about a 13 hour EC.

With 1000s of apps, do you really think Admissions has the time to proof every applicants ECs?
thank you so much

one last question. for one of my shadowing, i put the Dr name like Dr. Smith, and his location for his clinic but didn't include first name and MD/DO. another silly mistake, this is ok? He can verify the hours if needed.

Take a breath, proofread your secondaries many times before turning them in, and carry on

You can't change anything now, looking for more typos will just make you miserable.
Move on to your secondary essays and please have someone proofread them with you.

Too late to do anything about it now.

Did you shadow more than one Dr. Smith?

no, I didn't. Just Dr Smith and then I put his specialty, he is a surgeon and then I put the location he works at. I really messed up badly I'm sorry 🙁
Each user can see the first time you mentioned this in post #4. Please stop looking for mistakes in your app and focus on future secondaries as wysdoc mentioned. It appears you are looking for a different answer than that despite saying you would relax. You've already spent your money, see what happens now
