Ok, so I've seen so much talk about procedures, I thought I would start this post to see if you could do Any procedures which you would want to do and WHY?

I mean, do you really want to RF embolize a tumor?

No rude post. Just your   opinions.

I really like doing the endovascular stuff: SFA angioplasty/stents, CAS, kissing balloon/stents. I do like the open stuff too. I guess if I had to pick one procedure to do for the rest of my life, it'd be either the endovascular AAA or an SFA plasty/stents because you can do a cutdown for them, which feeds my craving for open surgery, and you do endo stuff, which is self-explanatory.

I do like RFing tumors (although don't do it anymore in my current fellowship).

I like central lines and ports (which I do do).

U'S guided biopsies are fun

The Endovascular stuff was cool as well (but again, I don't do it anymore)
