Has anyone's application been processed yet?? You could tell if you have a e-profile generated....nothing here yet! 😴

My "Application Status Check" just gives an error. It says my name isn't a valid username or the password is wrong. I submitted on the 17th, and I sent a money order the same day (they'll probably receive it today).

I've heard a few others say theirs have been processed though..

I get the same message, and I submitted on the 16th and also sent my money order the same day. It's like, whats the point of having a page to check the status of your application if it does not work, right? I wish AACOMAS was a bit more like AAMCAS when it comes to being user friendly and letting the applicant know what their status is. Is anybody able to check their application status online?

I submitted all of my stuff on June 9th, and still nothing. It says that none of my transcripts are there.. ugh! This sucks... should I call them and ask what the hell is going on?

one of the problems with them is that their system is not updated up to the day..haha..whatever that means..they only update their system once a week or even biweekly. So they may have your transcript, but it won't show because the status is not updated yet. Give them a call....I submitted early June as well...no response whatsoever..but they've got my mcat's and trascripts

I submitted mine on June 2nd and it was processed on the 8th. I was able to start viewing my e-profile on the same day. However, it took them exactly a week to post my MCAT scores once I released them....so like mzafaran said, they might only update every week or so. 🙁

Indeed. It's too bad the system isn't automated, that way we could at least have the peace of mind of being able to login. As it stands, I don't know where my money order is, I don't know where my transcripts are, I don't know if they got my MCAT scores. I know they're all where they're supposed to be, but it sucks not having tangible confirmation

I submitted on Friday, June 18th and paid with credit card.

*edit* I should mention I released my MCAT scores the day they came out and my transcripts were sent and received before I submitted.

I had my transcript and application in on the 7th of June and they just sent mine out today. Looking at last years posts at this time, it didn't take long for secondaries to come in. Some in only 2 days it looks like!?

Also, how much does aacomas round? It just says, "to decimal places" but does not specify how many. Would a 3.306 count as a 3.31?

me too, man. I had a fee waiver and had to pay with a money order for my extra schools. It seemd unfair that we would have to wait longer to get processed. Anyway, I wish I could at least logon to the application status check.

Are you telling us that you got processed in 3 days? Wow, unbelieveable.

You can call them to verify it, but it can be very hard to actually get someone on the phone.

I submitted Friday morning the 18th and got the error, incorrect login message over the weekend. By Monday afternoon I was able to access the status pages and by this afternoon I could see my e-profile and it said status: mailed for all schools. My GPA is also calculated and listed today. So yes, 3 days is all it took, I was surprised also. It does say my transcripts were received on June 1st.

Try calling them. I submitted on the 16th and had my transcripts sent long before that. As of last friday nothing was shown as recieved. I called them yesterday to check the status of my transcripts, which they did have. That night my MCAT scores and transcripts were shown as recieved and today my application was verified and mailed to schools. 😉

Medic170, PM me or post here when they activate your account. I assume the reason we're delayed is because they have to receive and verify the money order, whereas a credit card order can be instantly processed. I'm going to call tomorrow to be sure they've received my money order.

i submitted june 5th, transcripts, mcats scores, everything has there on my summary page since june 10th, but im not mailed out yet because im being delayed because they need verification of a professional certification i listed. i prolly didn't even need to include that on my app, irony.

I submitted around the 15th and was sent off to schools yesterday (22nd). Pretty quick.

Submitted on the 16th and still waiting. Also, I am seeing that some of my history classes have an "s" in the subject code, but I was sure I designated them as non-science. Maybe that is part of what the hold up is. I called, and they said they have my transcripts, but online in says they do not. In fact, I could not even access the application status check page because i am poor and I had a fee waiver, and they make you send them a copy of your fee waiver letter and they take 2 weeks to sort their mail. Here I am seeing that some people have secondaries already, but I am not even processed yet 😡 and I thought I was early doing it way back on the 16th. Has anyone had AACOMAS change your course designations at all? Also, how long is it usually taking to finally get processed? Lastly, i have sent them emails, and i never once got a reply. I sent them one today about those courses being designated wrong, but I bet they will ignore that email like thiey did the others. Anybody ever get an email response from AACOMAS? Should I call them again and tell them that the courses are designated wrong on the application status check page, or will they be able to fix it? I also wondered about the designation that said "to be determined by department". I had an abnormal psych class that was heavy on chem and bio, so I designated it as "other science". Are they going to change that to "behavioral science"?

Just a warning, I had to call them and make someone personally go get my transcript and update my app. Transcript has been sitting in their office since late May. 🙄

Not a big deal though, attending USC made me used to babying people through their jobs. 😀

I'm still waiting for whatever is left to happen, happen. Just be sure YOU stay on the ball about what should be done and, if needed, as Captain Picard says, "Make it so"
