Hope I'm not breaking terms of service but it's worth a shot for my patient. I am a 3rd year doctoral student in clinical psychology completing my practicum in an OCD specialty clinic. I have an adolescent patient with severe OCD (CYBOCS score = 30) and co-morbid depression. I have had the hardest time finding a child psychiatrist in the South Florida (Fort Lauderdale / Miami) area. Does anyone have any good suggestions for a referral? Preferably with experience treating pediatric OCD. I'm currently using exposure and response prevention but I think this patient would benefit from a pharmacological adjunct given severity.
