Should I waive my right of access to the evaluation forms or
not? I like to see them, honestly...especially institutional eval.

Waive them or they will not carry as much weight. It is customary, and would be seen as pecular if you did not waive your access. You do not want to upset your evaluators by a seeming lack of trust by not waiving your access. A strong confidential recommendation/evaluation carries much more weight than one open to the candidate.

I waived all of them, but that really didnt matter much since all the evaluators showed me what they wrote before sealing it into their envelops.
