I have been interviewed by my dream medical school three times... (twice in one year). I know that all other parts of my application are strong, but I don't interview well enough to push me over the threshold. I know that the general SDN consensus is that this is a waste of money...however, in my case, I think it might be worthwhile. Can anyone recommend a cost-effective interview coach?

No...but I only applied there this year (long story).

Did you ask them for feedback? I don't know if they'd provide it, but it would be cool if you could contact those that interviewed you and receive just that.
