Okay so I paid for the professional transcript entry August 20 and it is now September 10 and my transcripts are not entered and it says they have not received them yet. I emailed them but I am freaking out because my first application is due October 2 and this is the last thing I need besides my essay and supplemental questions. Has anyone else had this problem? I have transcripts from 3 different schools and I feel like I am going to have to cancel the PTE, send PTCAS transcripts with overnight shipping, and then send myself overnighted transcripts.

First of all, when did you send your transcripts to PTCAS? Did you send them online or physically? I sent both of my transcripts online and I could only choose the expedited option (PTCAS received both within a few days). It sounds like something got messed up with your transcripts getting to PTCAS? In the instructions for the PTE it says that it may take up to 15 business days to complete the entry, but if they're saying they don't have them then that's a problem. I believe PTE is nonrefundable also. I would definitely call PTCAS ASAP and see if you can't talk to a real person. Also, I have over 6 years worth of courses and it honestly didn't take as long as I expected to get everything entered myself (I was considering the PTE). I got it done in less than a week and it probably took 5ish hours at the absolute max.

I submitted everything to PTE on August 17th, and they still haven't finished everything. I am calling tomorrow.
