I 'accidentally' ordered the transcript service without adding my "in progress" or "planned", and now it won't let me amend anything.

How can I fix this?

Also, when I enter "date graduated", do I enter the month in which the semester began or when it ends?
For example, do I enter August 2016 or December 2016 if I completed a program that Fall?

Don't know the answer to the first question.

You put the last month you had class before completing the program and graduating.
