Professor won't be able to use university letterhead but employer letterhead

I am getting a letter from my physiology professor but he no longer works at the university so can't use that letterhead. However, he has told me that he is using his current employers (At PT clinic) letterhead and I am wondering if that will be fine for me. This letter is a good one as well so I'm not sure what to do in this case.
