I do think that detail in profile is very important for the descendant to follow through because some profiles cannot be built up over night. Please help clarify these topics;

1. number of publications, types of publication.
2. Well known Card LOR
3. Gap between resident training and application; pass echo program for 1 yr before stepping into Card fellowship, etc.
4. In-training exam score/ usmle score
5. number of interviews
6. US grad/ FMG

Thank you so much in advance for your help. This database will improve quality of applicant in the following year.🙂
