Profile sheet for better recommendations?

Hi there,

2 of my recommendations are from people who don't know me super well and I'm somewhat worried about the detail that they'll be able to put in in their letters. I plan on giving them my resume so they know what jobs I've had full-time but is there anything else you would suggest I give them that would help with the letters? A profile sheet about myself? What did others include in this sheet?

i wrote a page of what my career goals are, what extra curricular activities i've done, what jobs i've had, etc

it will give them a better idea of who you are

I gave them what you mentioned, and also gave them my personal statement. I put them all in a bright colored folder with envelopes/stamps and addressed them already so all they have to do is slip it in and mail it out. That way all they have to worry about is just writing your letter. And if they have a bright colored folder sitting in their desk/kitchen somewhere, it's not as easy to lose. 🙂

One of the pharmacists that I asked for LOR requested a CV so I went ahead and did that.
