Among UF Gainesville, UF Jacksonville, and USF, any comments will be really appreciated. seems USF has a good IR fellowship, and Gainesville is more academic? If I want to stay in the Southeast in the long run, say not north than NC or SC, which one of these programs would be the better choice? Thanks!

I loved Tampa but felt VERY underwhelmed by USF. Maybe it was just the way they presented it, but it seemed like the residents couldn't care less about actually learning Radiology, and were there for the beaches and bars. They constantly bragged to me about how little work they do, and how awesome the city is for partying and going on cruises, etc. I put them at the bottom of my list because of that reason. They liked to try to say that they have good IR, and that their residents do well in fellowship, but why do they have people that don't match in the fellowship of their choice and have to take a second pick?

Tampa was probably number 1 as a city itself.

I can't comment on the others.

Based on program: UF-G>USF>UF Jax.

Obviously some can't handle the college town of Gainesville and need a bigger city.
