I haven't seen such a chart, and was curious if it exists regarding the funded programs in Clinical and Counseling psych. It is a bit frustrating as it seems only a handful of schools are willing to say about what one can expect.

And if anyone knows do funded Counseling programs, in general, fund at about the same rate as Clinical?

A chart like that would be great, but hard to keep accurate or current. In an article in an APA journal (which one however I forget) several years ago a there was a comparative study of funding across APA counseling and clinical programs, so you might do a search and find that for some general parameters. What I recall is that Counseling Psych funds more positions and at slightly higher levels. Some of that is probably a function of there being fewer Counseling programs/slots overall and they are predominantly Ph.D., where the tradition is smaller classes and funding for most if not all.
