programs for practicing in underprivileged areas

I remember seeing something on here while browsing about programs that help pay for dental school besides the military. I think one of them involved helping underprivileged areas in return for the education. I'm very interested in this! Can somebody please point me in the right direction so I can learn more about what these organizations offer?
