Programs in trouble of closing

I want to do an elective at an outside program. I was wondering what programs are in danger of closing.

I believe howard has been on probabtion for a long time, and it might close, don't know the current situation, maybe the residents from there can comment. I think they took one this year, and will take one or two next year. I believe if they close, other local hospitals with rad-onc departments and residency programs will get temporary increase in funding for the current howard residents to finish their residency.
