UC-Irvine and Mississippi must not be taking people this year?

    No idea about Allegheny.

Methodist no longer has a program. UTMB currently rotates there. They have a contract for a few years. They may try to re-start the program but the previous residents were absorbed by BCM.

Update: In the link above, UC-Irvine and Mississippi are now listed as participating in ERAS.

UC-Irvine is now searchable on ERAS and appears to be taking applications.
