programs not receiving LOR

hello all,
one of my LOR did not come until after i had submitted my applications to programs.
i went into the programs applied to tab and selected each program, clicked the box next to the LOR and hit save. when i log back in to check all boxes are showing as checked but the programs are saying that they have not received this final LOR.
is there something else i need to be doing that i am missing?

If you check under the "track my LORs" button, you should be able to see if the program downloaded your new LOR. I just added an LOR to some of my selected programs, and the message next to my new LOR for those programs says "Not yet retrieved". I believe the next time the program downloads from ERAS, your new LOR should download as well, and they can then view it. At least that is how I interpreted the process. Someone can correct me if I'm mistaken.
