Programs Requiring CK/CS before interview offer?

Are there any psych programs that require a Step 2 CK/CS score before offering interviews?

Before offering interviews, very few. Before ranking, I would say most.

I got interviews from programs that said on their website they required CS to interview without having even taken CS.

That being said, remove all unknowns from your application. My CK helped me. And I was way too stressed about passing CS after taking it in October because I was afraid of failing it and not having time to retake before rank list.

Seriously. Programs get thousands of applications for 100 ish interviews. It makes sense to give priority to those who have it done. It sucks but just do it.

As someone who has some control over this process, I would like to tell you that "sure, don't worry about this...TThhrrooaawwaayy is wrong", but why would I want to do that? He/she is dead on.
