i understand work experience is important.
that being said, doing an mdmba when ur 22-24 is different from when ur 30 and above. im interested in surgery and entrepreneurship. considering the length of surgery, i just think it makes more sense to do the mba earlier. any thoughts?
most of the top mdmba programs (Kellogg, Harvard) do want 5 yrs of work exp as they do in mba students.
are there programs that aren't so stringent? for example, duke i think don't need it for md students. any others?

If you do MD/MBA, then work experience should not be a worry for you.

You might have less to contribute, but it shouldn't hinder your acceptable.
