Programs that haven't responded....

Hey All,
It's been over 3 weeks since my application has been received by most programs. I have heard back from most of them. But a good number still haven't send me confirmation of receipt of application. Should I assume they have it, or should I call/email them.
Anyone else in the same situation?

Don't assume anyone has anything until you get a confirmation. I gave it 4 weeks before I started calling, but I don't think it would hurt to call now, especially since a lot of interviews have been sent.
