Programs that require a Step 2 score before giving an interview

I was just wondering if there are any rad onc programs out there that will not give an interview invite until they receive a Step 2 score. I know that a good proportion of rad onc applicants do not take Step 2 until after they turn in their ERAS application.

I just wanted to see if anyone knew of any rad onc programs that do require a Step 2 score to be turned in prior to interviewing.
