With interview season kicking off, any ideas which programs to avoid? What to look for in a program, and what makes a bad pain program?

Pain fellowships differ a lot in what they teach within the bounds of ACGME rules. I strongly encourage candidates to ask both faculty and residents about this, especially if "advanced pain procedures" are very important to you.
